Liked: The balcony was nice and the restaurant area was nice. The sauna area was nice and the view from the sauna was incredible.
Disliked: The sauna was not working properly 2 of the 3 days we were there. The second day of our stay I called the hotel from town to see if it was working because we would come back early to use it if it was fixed. They said it was working, but when we arrived back at the hotel we found that it was not working.The staff were unapologetic and a bit rude. The sauna is the reason I booked the hotel, so very disappointing.

Liked: The location is good, close to various public transportation stations. The breakfast was great, many options available. The room was nice and shower is spatious.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft.

Liked: modern, beautifully designed hotel that offered early check-in and was very helpful with all my inquiries. The bed and pillows were high quality (especially pillows), and the room was very quiet — even with the windows open, you are greeted by bird distant chrping in the morning. The location is excellent.
Disliked: The absence of a fridge in the room

Relaxing and cozy stay!

Liked: The hotel is very clean (and it smells very good) and organized. The bedroom is super comfortable, with a big bathroom (great lightning, toiletries, and shower) and water/coffee supplied. The wellness area is a super bonus, especially after a long day of walking around. Super recommend!
Disliked: Sometimes the service at the bar/restaurant takes a while, but nothing absurd.
