Nice design with disrespectful front...

Liked: Nice modern design
Disliked: Rude front desk staff. At the night of check in, the man barely looked into my eyes and didn’t welcome me to the property. Upon checking the room there was a loud continuous noise from the ceiling — the front desk manager treated it as if it’s my fault, and asked to leave the hotel if I didn’t like something, or wait until the next day for another room. Neither option made sense. When I requested for a proper solution or at least a complimentary breakfast in lieu of the room noise issue, the man kept clipping his receipts and nodded that our conversation is over, and that I can leave the hotel (it was past midnight). Speechless. One of the worst front desk experience I’ve had, felt like a beggar for having paid for two nights at this property. Because of this man’s attitude, suggest you stay away from this hotel.

Loved it!

Liked: This is the second Easter we spend in the hotel. We loved it again! A comfy bed, nice views, great food in the restaurant. We had truffle pasta and fries with truffle omg... Amazing! The staff is so friendly! Also we took pictures on a camera from the hotel. We had a bunch of fun!
Disliked: The tartar was a bit too salty this time :(

Liked: Spacious, well staffed. Staff very helpful and happy to take time to talk and even to help me with my German!
Disliked: No decaf pods available for the coffee machines( an easy one to fix!)

Pleasant stay with good facilities.

Liked: The facilities were clean and well maintained + the staff were very helpful at all times. Really liked the sauna!
Disliked: There was very minimal lighting in the room which made it quite dim in the evenings especially
