Comfortable, cool stay

Liked: Very cool industrial style. Lovely conservatory / bar / dining space. Room was very clean, sound proofed and generally well equipped. Super comfy bed. Close to tram stop and walking distance to a few neighbourhoods. Friendly staff. Good to be able to leave our bags after check out. We enjoyed the spa and view from the rooftop relax space.
Disliked: Only small things. Slightly far away from main sights, though easy enough to get a tram. Toilet seemed to be constantly flushing through with a constant trickling noise which was annoying, especially at night. No milk in the room. Not the best lighting for getting ready. We stayed for 4 nights but didn’t have our water replenished after the first 2 nights. Possibly a bit cheeky calling it a spa when it’s only a sauna and chill out space.

Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: The location, the bed and the facilities were great!! Really good value! The check-in and check-out were super easy as well! Also the highlight was the relaxation space, and the sauna with the view of Berlin! Really special and included with a room booking!
Disliked: The pillows could be more like a pillow, it was very flat and not so comfortable. Also there were teabags, but no kettle in the room. So maybe remove the teabags or provide a kettle.

Liked: rooftop sauna with a view was amazing. breakfast was really delicious. parking very comfortable in the underground (25 euros per night). nespresso coffee machine in the room was nice.
Disliked: the bed mattress was too soft so the bed was not comfortable. the entrance to the building was smelling too strong (like frankincense). the staff at the check-in was nice but some of the staff didn't even reply to "hello". no fridge in the room.

Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast area and the overall vibe of the hotel room.
Disliked: None of the lamps in our hotel room were working - we informed reception, and they managed to fix one of the lamps, but the other one was still broken.
