A beautiful comfy contemporary central...
Liked: Comfy bed, great bathroom, contemporary interiors, pool was lovely, location fantastic.
Disliked: Lack of service - food stopped serving at 4. No room service options

Terrible. Rude staff that made...
Liked: The pool and location.
Disliked: We have stayed here at least 6 times and always send our friends and family to here - however this stay was terrible. The staff couldn’t have been ruder. We asked for complimentary water after a 10 hour flight from Ireland and they said we had to purchase the water from the mini bar and said they didn’t get their water supply there was a problem with the supplier. Next day we asked for water again and the staff were so rude made us feel so unwelcome and said we were lying that we had been given complimentary water before (which we had). We had to ask for our room to be cleaned a few times before it was done even with having the sign on the door. Lastly when we were leaving the bag man dropped our expensive bottle of champagne that smashed and went all over our bags, again the staff couldn’t of been ruder here instead of going to get us another replacement bottle of champagne or offer us help they just rudely cleared up the mess and looked at us. We have never felt so unwelcome and couldn’t have left the hotel quicker. Sadly we will never be back to Sls lux after our terrible experience.

Lovely hotel in the heart...
Liked: I loved the location of the hotel and the aesthetics of the room. The balcony was a beautiful option to sit outside and enjoy the view although we didn't take advantage to sit outside due to the rain. We did take a lot of pictures out there lol
Disliked: I didn't like that the first room we stayed in didn't have tea, robes, enough towels, the a/c was loud throughout the night and one of the pillows and sheet was dirty. I requested a better room and they offered one to me which turned out to be much better. For the price, I did wish they had a spa or something else we could do indoors, being that June is rain season and for the first 2 days we had to stay indoors.
