Quiet and comfortable stay.
Liked: Good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Disliked: It would’ve been nice if the rooftop bar stayed open later than 5.30pm.

Liked: I liked the location and the pool area only.
Disliked: Firstly it is not at all like a luxury hotels as u expected. The rooms were so doom and the window side to the balcony was so small. The hotel is under staff and only few staff is working there. The consumable products for bath room was not enough for a couple like towels, shower cream, shower scrubs. They will charge you for all the amenities in the hotel for extra money. The valet parking was so inefficient and it takes a long time to find your car. Their restaurant closes at 5 pm which is not good, the pool area is only available up to 7pm. Overall, it is not at all hotel, it looks like a residential area only. The hotel has only 8 floors while the upper levels are residential. So basically you are in lower levels. I will never comeback to this hotel. It does worth the price at all.

Not going to repeatz
Liked: The room was very big, nice and modern. We were staying 15 days so it was comfortable for a longer stay.
Disliked: No lounge, no restaurante, no bar but the pool one who close at 5pm.Super dirty, staff no uniforms, it feels like airbnb. Definitely not a 5* hotel.

Come for the service, get...
Liked: The service is the only reason to even consider staying here - specifically the front desk and housekeeping teams.
Disliked: The spa appointments were 20+ minutes late and when speaking to the masseuse was told that there was no way they could have accommodated our original appt time. Spa indicated they would give us a discount due to the wait, but none was given. This was a continuation of the lies that we faced. The pool bar staff member indicated we would get a discount on the whole bill if we paid by card versus putting it on the room and instead only got a discount on 1 drink. Don’t promise if you are unable to deliver. Also be wary of the valet, they tell you it’s cheaper to pay them then put it on the room, but expect you to pay for the whole stay upfront, including sending money via Zelle/venmo to the individual valet instead of the company itself. We still got a charge to the room even after paying the valet directly. Always check your bill before checking out. Further, cleanliness is not a high priority. All 3 rooms we had during our 3 night/4 stay were only okay in terms of cleanliness with smoke smells in the first and wet dog in the second. The counters and tables did not appear to be cleaned regularly.
