very much enjoyed staying there,...

Liked: no breakfast but very clean and comfortable.a bit of a walk to the other end of the strip

Bad

Disliked: after checking out i have yet to get help with refund for my deposit We extended our stay a extra night so we were charged a whole additional deposit amount I have been trying to get assistance from this company and no help

Great Value for a true...

Liked: Proximity to the rail line for easy access to the convention center. It’s a big casino but not too big where it’s easy to get lost.
Disliked: Not much I didnt like.

I will never stay again.

Liked: the A/C didn't work. The temperature of the room was 80 F. It was notified at 3 pm and at 4 am the next day a technician arrived. And the A/C never worked.
Disliked: the room was clean. but the service was disgusting. They left us in a room without air and we couldn't even sleep.

A great stay in Las...

Liked: Room was fabulous 26th floor .generous size room and bathroom. Location of hotel at the far end so a little away from the hype around Caesars Palace etc but we preferred that as wasn’t the foot traffic in and out of the hotels that we saw happening crossing over the strip via bridges . We used the monorail to get up to the busy part of the strip . A little confusing getting off at our stop to get us onto Las Vegas Blvd as monorail at back of the strip … at least a block away .. could have just been us but anyways found our way and enjoyed it all .Hotel was great
