Disliked: Although location is great, the charges for the parking too expensiveBreakfast was seating and a la carte, was mean long queues and again even if the charges were include in the room they charge you again taxes and service taxes fix at 20 %Room not having a mini bar, for a 5 star hotel this is something unusual.

Liked: Nothing. I was welcomed with a lot of excuses like they can’t find my booking because they don’t check booking.com reservations so they had to make us wait for a long time to sort it out and only after I spoke to another gentleman and asked him to sort out anything with the aggregator but to give us the rooms that he managed to get it sorted.
Disliked: It was a lot of hidden charges. Parking is $70 a day which is crazy! Even though breakfast was included but they charge you gratuity and other taxes so we ended up with a daily bill of $100+ which made it not worthwhile to be honest. The elevator had some food dropped in morning and was still there at night when we came back to the room. The corridor smelled bad and I can’t just explain how bad overall I felt about the place and I think it was mainly the hidden charges everywhere! Even the 35 credit per day is applicable only on spend of that day and not counted based on your total expenses during your stay.
