When I went to check...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect. Shopping and restaurants were nearby
Disliked: Not enough light in the walkway and near the elevators

Terrible

Liked: It wasn’t clean super smallStaff is rude and no sockets theoughout the room. Annoying it’s only in the room and one in the bathroom
Disliked: Everything was bad

Liked: Friendly staff, warm welcome, very clean… rooms perfect with very high standards.
Disliked: Swimming pools.

Liked: It was a mess! Transitioning from SLS to DUA. Only half the rooms were opened facing the construction on the side. My friends and I had to scramble for a new hotel at the last minute

We had a good experience,...

Liked: Room and hotel was clean and the place had a nice smell to it.
Disliked: The first night we went to bed there wasn't a sheet on our bed. There was no shampoo and our tv didn't work very well, it kept blacking out. The bathroom was also very dark.Only other complaint was the pool drink and food menu was over the top. How about some sandwiches, nachos, apps, fun finger food. That was by far the worst poolside menu I have ever experienced.
