Liked: Great sized room, comfortable bed and very clean. Staff were very friendly, especially Helen on reception.

Liked: Bed was comfy I had a great night's sleep and the breakfast was plentiful The staff were very polite and helpful. Good Hotel we'll be back!
Disliked: The bathroom is on the small side.. The Extractor Fan in the toilet didn't work so the mirror steamed up every time we showered.

Liked: Fabulous hotel, spotless clean, facilities great, really comfortable room & lovely staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included in the price which was the only negative but available at an extra cost.

Liked: All was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: There were very little dairy and gluten options on desert menu. There are loads of dairy free ice creams available now .this would be very popular.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel room … very clean Staff were lovely but one girl was absolutely amazing “Yasmin”… she was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Yasmin
Disliked: I am a coeliac and unfortunately the waiter that served us had no idea about coeliac disease. He served a steak with onion rings on top and thought it was ok to just remove them. This is not ok. On a positive note the chef cooked me another steak n it was delicious.
