Lovely hotel with the best...

Liked: Breakfast was very hot and plentiful. There was a nice variety and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: It was a bit hectic near the hot plates, guests were not sure which direction to queue in.

Disliked: Just at breakfast there was no one to greet or sit n ask if we wanted tea or coffee

I was disappointed not by...

Liked: The clean room and the space , the Nespresso machine , the good quality TV
Disliked: The room was very cold and when I asked reception they asked me to put the electric heater on and turn the knob . There was no electric heater because it was a central heating system and not an individual electric system. I asked for a small heater to heat the room . It was broken - not standing straight and I nearly hurt myself moving it around beside my bed . I had swam that afternoon in rossespoint and came back expecting comfort . I was very disappointed

Pleasant stay in Sligo

Liked: It’s a very clean hotel and I had a nice spacious king room. It’s a big place, so not exuding charm, but it’s a practical stop coming down from Donegal. There are some beautiful spots around Benbulbin worth exploring. I would recommend this place because the facilities are well maintained and the bar/restaurant on site are decent. The trad music in the bar was a nice touch.
