Other than those minor hiccups,...

Liked: Location was convenient, close to everything.
Disliked: The refrigerator was off, and we didn't discover this until we went to use it. We couldn't keep our food cold as quickly as we would have liked. They were also skimpy with soap (one soap, with two people in the room. Really? One soap?), and they didn't have facecloths in the bathrooms. We had to ask for them.

Very comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was bountiful, and my ala carte orange juice was fresh squeezed.
Disliked: Lobby need a warmer feeling. I was there for a wedding so I didn’t spend much time there.

room was fine and comfortable...

Liked: kosher facility close to home
Disliked: asked 4 times about pool availability and was assured it was open and available (even same day as stay). When we arrived was told it was out of order!!! VERY disappointing

I enjoyed my stay -...

Liked: The place is big and has potential. If not for the horrible service at the front desk, i would rate it higher. I hope to go back and see more professional check-in experience
Disliked: at check-in, I was told to pay an extra $300 in addition to what it said online that I would be charged. and the man checking me in was very unprofessional.
