Liked: Exceptionally clean as always, comfortable bed and pillows, view amazing out to VA. Breakfast is delicious, bar/ restaurant and facilities spotless. Staff across the board so friendly, helpful and professional.

Super convenient and accessible

Liked: Location is excellent, bus stop and train station literally outside, plus a grocery store and restaurants very close. Comfortable bed; good sized rooms and very clean; excellent staff service.
Disliked: Small things only -would be great to have herbal tea sachets available not just black tea. If the rooms had an iron available, or a utility room one could use, that would be great. The air con/ heating is a bit erratic sometimes, and the doors banging as guests leave in the morning can be quite loud.

Liked: Was situated next to train station not far to walk, and pubs and bars all walking distance. Staff lovely. And room big and spacious.
Disliked: Not good lighting next to mirror. Shower weirdly shaped and sprayed the water on the floor.
