Pricey on concert day but...

An excellent experience and great...

Liked: Very friendly staff and a great location as it is so close to the Stadium for a concert. Breakfast was great. A very pleasant stay and will definitely go back again.
Disliked: We had bunk beds and the top one was hard for my wife who is very small o get to as there was no proper ladder unless we couldn't find it. I would recommend a little step ladder like they have on the overnight ferries.

Disappointed, and feel a little...

Disliked: Could have been cleaner , and breakfast was terrible , we are vegetarians , and when I ask about options was told only meat , was a poor selection , and the little I did plate up , had one mouthful of beans , and they were stone cold , so I left the breakfast and went back to room . This is a huge disappointment , as one of the things I look forward to the most is a nice breakfast when I stay over , I paid over £400 for the hotel , so not cheap , and the reason I chose this hotel , was the buffet breakfast . So I am really disappointed, and with the cleanliness as well not at a great standard, feel I massively paid over the odds for my experience, I would say definitely not value for money , which saddens me , as not one for complaining, but felt compelled on this occasion, I did get refunded for breakfast , but have still paid £400 for hotel that wouldn’t have if I had none how bad breakfast was , and the cleanliness of room was .

The staff were exceptionally nice...

Liked: The location was very central. We were over for a concert in the Principality Stadium and it was less than a 5 minute walk away.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: Excellent central location, comfortable bed, nice powerful shower and very helpful, friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was very compact, so it was a little tight in space for two people. Could do with blackout curtains, as was a bit light even at night. Lighting in the room/bathroom wasn't great, especially for putting on make up.
