It was great!

Liked: My daughter & I was able to go get in the pool.
Disliked: That I didn’t stay my 2nd night. My daughter had made other plans not knowing I reserved the room for 2nd night. That was ok though.

Disliked: Our toilet was broke. They fixed it but still ran all night and wouldn’t flush good. The key to our door hardly worked and when it did we couldn’t get the door open. The electric outlets were so loose that my charger kept falling out.

Bed was good room stunk...

Disliked: Could barely understand counter person. Uncomfortable bed and tiny pillows. No coffee/tea in room. Noisy upstairs room and air conditioner. Room walls looked very old and out of date. Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels nearby. Was told we had to pay extra if we checked in before 2 pm but then at 2 pm the first floor rooms were not ready for us.

Liked: It was in a good location, and the rooms were right in line with the price.
Disliked: I left a bag when I checked out. I called during the night shift, and Tim was completely uninterested in helping or checking for my bag. I finally insisted. After describing the bag over and over, he finally snapped and said we have it. He was rude. Other than that, the rest of the staff was great.
