Overall GREAT stay

Liked: The staff was AMAZING, best continental breakfast I have ever had!
Disliked: A whole lot of listed amenities were unavailable or missing.

Disliked: I have nothing to complain about. The front desk lady was very kind. No complaints from me

Poor

Liked: Loved the free breakfast.
Disliked: Asked 3 days in a row for the room to be cleaned. The last time was met with "I just got back from being off so I will put a nite down but it doesn't look good" from the woman behind the counter. The pool was also closed for maintenance all but 1 of our 6 day stay.

Only my children enjoyed this...

Liked: Near the venue we needed to be at Indoor pool
Disliked: My reservations were for a family of 4 on our room we had ONE towel I made reservations at this hotel because they offered breakfast but weren’t able to eat breakfast, on weekend breakfast didn’t start until 7. We up and out our room by 630 Our beds weren’t made (I did read we need to request changing of sheets, if not it will be every 3rd day (our stay was 2 nights) so the sheets wouldn’t be changed but they can’t be folded/made? When we left the front desk was empty, no one assisted us so we left hotel keys at the desk.
