TRASH

Disliked: The room was dirty, I had to change my own shower curtain. There was hair in tub, the bed linen had stains on EVERY Bed!! The curtains were dirty and didn’t close all the way. There was a roach in one of the bathrooms. The elevator was dirty, the food was nasty and cold. The towels had holes in them

Disliked: The room was dirty, bathroom was was dirty. Bathtub had hair from previous guest. Sick no hot water. Coffee pot dirty and old. I was scared to use it. I felt uncomfortable

Overall, not a great experience...

Liked: The rooms were big.
Disliked: Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Needed to cancel my Friday which was way in advance was not able to so paid for a night I wasn’t even there. The sheets on one of the beds were stained. The comforter was a dingy yellow color.

Poor. Never again.

Liked: I had an accidental double booking they refused to refund. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t let us hang out with our group in the breakfast area. There was a man who I think worked there (was there all the time). Who followed and watched us and made us very uncomfortable. He followed me from the parking lot, to the lobby to the elevator when it was just me and my two kids. Then the next morning he followed us again from the room to the breakfast area till we asked him if he needed something or had an issue. He then was yelling at the front desk staff that they know the rules when we were leaving.
