It was a bad experience...

Disliked: The hair dryer was broke , the ac leaked all over the floor , the refrigerator made a noise so it bothered you all night, the couch had awful stains on both sides of the cushions

Liked: Front door clerk was nice.
Disliked: Smells in the hallway

Liked: Room was very spacious!
Disliked: While the bathroom was okay, it was dingier than another Sleep Inn that we previously stayed in. The quality of the bathroom linens was also less than the other Sleep Inn that we stayed at.

Liked: Very convenient, quiet, clean with friendly efficient staff. Plenty of well lit parking.
Disliked: They called that breakfast, we actually ended up eating breakfast out! Breakfast did not match the quality of the room. Room was clean and nice.

Liked: Modern decent rooms that were affordable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Old key cards were in the bed, which I consider a failure of the cleaning staff. There was no juice selection for breakfast just a bottle of apple juice. No water, orange juice, etc. Not everyone likes apple juice. Pool was not opened.

Could be a very nice...

Liked: Extremely quiet hotel, incredibly comfortable bed, accommodating staff, appreciated the coffee maker, fridge & microwave in my room
Disliked: Broken security lock on door (owner switched me to a new room as soon as I brought it to his attention but he was not surprised), A/C programmed for auto shut-off & no way to change that (FYI to owners, customers HATE this and it IS a deal-breaker for many of us when it comes to return stays), cracked & crumbling plastic lampshade, lots of scuffs and marks on floors, doors & walls, broken hair dryer in bathroom, broken toaster at breakfast…in general, run down
