Not really enjoyable so would...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The rooms were so humid and moist and were just a gross and uncomfortable to try to sleep in. 3 other families we were with said the same thing and couldn’t wait to get out. The bathroom door would not shut due to it dragging the floor and swollen from getting wet (I’m assuming).

Liked: It was a debacle from the beginning. Gave us a room that was occupied. Charged by credit card again for room. Haven't received refund. I think that the staff needs more training.

Liked: The location was easy access to Prairie View A&M University.
Disliked: Our stay was Dec 13-15, 2024.You had to always look for a morning staff member when you went to the front desk. The breakfast was not ready for 7 am. We were gone for 6 hours and our room was not cleaned. Then was told they only clean your room after the second day of stay. And if we wanted the room cleaned we had to leave the room. Had to request clean towels every day. Finally, could not buy snacks at night because the night could not ring us up.

Liked: Got an upgrade as they couldn’t give us the room that we booked. We booked a room with a twin bed and a sofa bed. At first we were assigned a room with only a twin bed. Then upon our complaint, they gave us an upgrade- a room with 2 queen size beds. So it was nice of them. Got parking, late night check in and breakfast. So overall, good value for money.
Disliked: The initial miscommunication regarding the room allotment was not expected. The sink in the washroom got jammed.

Liked: The room was a good size, love the electric stove, that was different but loved it!
Disliked: My sink in the bathroom was slow at letting the water out.
