NOT GOOD

Liked: The bfast was fair at best!
Disliked: I checked in Sunday and checked out Thursday. I only had 3 bath towels and was told they would be replaced on Wednesday and weren’t. I had to use a dirt towel. NOT GOOD

Liked: excellent array of food - eggs, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, sweet rolls, bagels, muffins, toast, orange juice, cranberry juice, etc, etc,
Disliked: everything was great. No complaints

Liked: Bed was comfortable, a decent variety & good breakfast.

Horrible customer service

Disliked: I went to check in because our town had been hit by a tornado. We had no power at our house and my husband is disabled so I was trying to make him comfortable. When I arrived at the hotel they had no power. I told the gentleman I had to cancel the reservation I needed power for my husband. He told me his manager told him he could not cancel the room. I ended up going next door to a hotel where the customer service was excellent. I ended up having to pay for two hotel rooms. In times of disaster you would think people would be more willing to help. I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again and will do my best to avoid Choice Hotels

Better value and in better...

Liked: Our room had convenient space and everything we needed to be comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, and breakfast area was spacious.
Disliked: Elevator was slow

Not what I expected

Liked: When we arrived, the room smelled like a wet dog. They said that we couldn't have a different room because of our weeks stay. They tried to make it smell better, but it came back. I would not recommend this motel or stay here again.
