Spend a little more and...

Liked: The hotel smelled pretty bad, as soon as you enter the building. Stayed in the 2nd floor and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes.
Disliked: Loud music playing all night, mold on the ceiling and walls, rusted bathtub, buggers smeared on the bathroom wall, nasty stains on room ceiling.

Liked: Super clean! Conveniently located near a Walmart, gas station, and plenty of other activities.
Disliked: No issues with the property. Only complaint was there was one elevator and only 1-3 people could take it at a time.
