Superb

Liked: Large rooms.

The price, location and breakfast...

Liked: Very good breakfast. Also it was quiet despite being near the road. Easy to walk to restaurants etc in Moab. Also liked the option of no roomservice until third day of stay.
Disliked: Pool heater was broken—pretty minor complaint.

Comfortable stay.

Liked: Breakfast pretty good. Coffee nice and strong. Appreciated the oatmeal. Very comfortable bed and finally, pillows that weren't 2 feet hight.
Disliked: TV not user friendly.

Superb

Liked: Large room with a bed that was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Elevators were quick!
Disliked: There was only enough space to lay down and open 1 suitcase. A portable luggage rack would have been great to have also.

Disliked: Due to poor weather, we had to come home. We never stayed in the hotel. I purchased the cancellation insurance but called early in the morning but it was too late to get a refund. Check in time was 4:00 pm but it was within the 24 hrs I was disappointed.

Decent stay in Moab

Liked: Good location, free breakfast, decent on site amenities
Disliked: Staff was friendly but did not get room service over a five night stay despite hearing multiple times that service would come after the third night. When I told the front desk over this at checkout they gave said “oh I’m so sorry, we’ll have to look into it” (a fair enough, if boilerplate response) with a disinterested tone.
