Liked: Convenient to my ultimate destination. Quite, considering the busy area.
Disliked: Needs a little cosmetic attention. Other than that it's fine.

Disliked: The rooms were never cleaned, beds not made, no one to help you get towels/etc, mold in the bathrooms, shower drain not screwed in, so the metal drain would slide off and cut you, leaving a huge hole in the shower, dust caked on all vents, dirt on walls a and light switches, clocks 2 not work, coffee maker didnt work, both rooms melled like wet dog, the Ac would turn off every 2hrs,so you manually had to get up and turn it back on. There was never a manager on site (JESSICA BROWN, manager at this site) when I complained to the front desk the 1st night they said she would be in the next morning around 10-11am and then she called out sick each day. I booked this hotel bc we are from out of state and moving my dtr to college at UGA. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS HOTEL MADE FOR US. Secondly, the fire extinguishers and elevators are out of code aka NOT in compliance with state regulations and have not been expired x months ow. lwill be calling the inspector of the county to reportl Huge liability. I tried to resolve this why there but that was impossible, as zne staff couldn't help us & there was never a manager on site to help. Just kept getting excuses. Funny how the website won't allow me to upload all the photos of EVERYTHING

Liked: It was in a good location.
Disliked: Needed updating. The hotel had a musty smell to it and our headboard fell off the wall and almost hit me in my head.

Liked: The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was decent.
Disliked: First thing, there was no ice maker on my floor. I didn't realize that they were only on the odd floors. I finally found one on the first floor. When I went back a couple hours later for ice again, it too was out. I wanted to call downstairs for help because the room above me was entirely too loud, I could not get the tv to work right and I could not connect to the internet. I found that the phone was NOT working. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get help, and the nice man was not there because he was performing maintenance duties in the laundry room for another guest. I hope he is paid well for all of the different duties he is responsible for. On check out, the lady at the front desk had an attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid over $200 for a crappy room and amenities. Oh, and the thermostat had a mind of its own.
