Poor

Liked: It was a place to crash while breaking up a long trip.
Disliked: Everything else. Dirty. Smelly. Pool smelled like something died. The TV was small and pushed off to the side weird so the two beds couldn't watch equally. The room smelled. It was cheap and like I said a place to crash in between driving and you get what you pay for.

Good

Liked: We had an AC problem in the first room, but they moved us immediately to another room and everything was great. The staff was very responsive and willing to help. It was a good room with good amenities.
Disliked: My booking.com reservation was not found. I ended up having to book a second reservation directly through the hotel. It was a challenge at the last minute. I have not experienced this problem with booking.com before.

Great location and amenities.

Liked: Location. The property was centrally located to everything that we were looking to do.
Disliked: The property could use some upgrades, as it is an older property. The staff were great, amenities plentiful, but the physical appearance was dated. With that said, I’d still rate the stay at an 8!

DISGUSTING AND AWFUL!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The property is disgusting and multiple complaints. Tried to tell manager about our stay and they didn’t seem to care. Pool is moldy smelling, rooms are disgusting. Charged me twice not one but 2 times after I complained to customer service. Bed had sticky stuff on it and didn’t sleep well. Employees here are very rude and don’t understand us. Need to do something about this place. Maintenance guy came into the pool and said the smell was because of the hot tub that is in a room above the pool, THAT IS NOT SAFE. Water to the tub smells like mold and dripping will cause mold. Door doesn’t even lock. Elevator is rickety and maintenance looked at it and said “oh it’s fine.” I will never use this hotel again!
