DISGUSTING AND AWFUL!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The property is disgusting and multiple complaints. Tried to tell manager about our stay and they didn’t seem to care. Pool is moldy smelling, rooms are disgusting. Charged me twice not one but 2 times after I complained to customer service. Bed had sticky stuff on it and didn’t sleep well. Employees here are very rude and don’t understand us. Need to do something about this place. Maintenance guy came into the pool and said the smell was because of the hot tub that is in a room above the pool, THAT IS NOT SAFE. Water to the tub smells like mold and dripping will cause mold. Door doesn’t even lock. Elevator is rickety and maintenance looked at it and said “oh it’s fine.” I will never use this hotel again!

Would stay elsewhere

Liked: Location. Service in the breakfast area was very nice. Stacey did a great job wiping tables down and keeping breakfast area clean and food fresh.
Disliked: Ceiling and carpeting were water damaged and leaking in halls and pool area. Mold spore smells. Faucets loose and dripping. Walls in bathroom were water damaged and badly needed paint job. Found a brown beetle in my bed. (Only one….didn’t look like a bed bug). We were on the first floor.
