Liked: This was the first time here, it was great!
Disliked: I did let the staff know about the sink wouldnt drain if you didnt hold the thing up, and the refrigerator didnt work, my water was very warm Saturday morning. She stated she would let maintenance know to fix it right away.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: We always stay here when we go to Wenatchee which is 6 or 7 times a year. It is so comfortable. The handicap rooms are incredible. Wonderful staff wonderful breakfast! Fresh cookies in the afternoon are great.
Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like

We were only there to...

Liked: The bed and pillow were so comfortable. Room was very clean
Disliked: It doesn’t have great signage.

Great rooms. Rude staff and...

Liked: Comfortable beds and bedding, good rooms.
Disliked: Got tub want spelling half the time we were there. Pool was cold. Couldn't enjoy it fully which was very disappointing to kids. RUDE evening/ night shift front desk! Unbelievably unprofessional!! For these reasons we won't be back
