Bairly okay

Disliked: Parking lot beer bottles all over. 2 days I was there. I let them know I was bringing my mom that has dementia and used Walker. Did okay with room. Arrived around 1pm. Ask them to possibly let us in earlier then 3pm checkin. They said nothing was ready but would call if anything opens. Now checkout is at 11am. And many customers leave in the morning way before checkout. And maids are notified and turn that room around early. Now they think I am stupid that there was no room available. Again let them know my mom has dementia and I am her caregiver. Sad service

Disliked: Had to wait almost 30min before someone came to the front desk to check me out 😔

Bad

Disliked: Tub was stopped up, water didn’t get hot at all , pillows didn’t have any pillow protectors, pillows had wrong pillow cases had all kings instead of queens .. pillows was stained , also shower was clean properly .. customers was too loud and it wasn’t comfortable trying to sleep there

Liked: There wasn’t anything.
Disliked: It was older and the room had lots of water spots in the ceilings and walls . I had no toilet paper in my room. The whole place smelled musty

Disliked: Had a door anybody could walk through right by the elevator was not safe. For the price it was a dump

Liked: There wasn't. much to like because the staff was so rude. The man at the front desk made me feel very unsafe. So much so I cancelled the rest of my reservation.
Disliked: The staff!! I ask for the general managers email address and the man at the front desk would not give it to me. He refused to give me the name, phone number, or email address. He made me and my children feel unsafe so we cancelled our reservation after only one night losing my money.
