Liked: location was good. very close to interstate 75. breakfast was decent.

Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was dirty with looked like rust stains, possibly from the frame. Mattress was very very uncomfortable and super thin. The other bed itself was very comfortable and the room was very clean. A little bit of a strong odor of possible cleaning supplies was apparent in the hallway and in the room but other than that very nice stay.

The staff was nice but...

Liked: The location was close to restaurants and I-75. We were there to visit the UF campus, and it was a 12-15 minute drive. The hotel has many parking spots.
Disliked: I was expecting this hotel cleaner. The isolation was also not satisfactory. We all heard footsteps walking in the upstairs room as if he/she were walking into our room. I booked our room almost a month ago, and the day we arrived at the hotel, my room's rate was almost $30 cheaper. I believe this is a booking.com related issue. If you want to book this hotel, please check the rates carefully.

Liked: The huge room and restroom. The quality at the price point.
Disliked: The bathroom was nice and big, but the tub in our room was a little stained, and rusted.

Liked: The breakfast was good and big variety.
Disliked: The gal who oversaw Breakfast, a Latina gal was not at all friendly and was very short with responses. She kept the food pretty well stocked but was not at all warm to the guests. Looks like she hates her job. Maybe just a couple of bad days?
