Not of the quality one...

Liked: Room was quiet, AC was almost too cold! Bed was comfy. TV was huge- thank you.
Disliked: Bathroom was not clean, floor was not mopped, rug was not vacuumed. Paint chipped on the walls.

Worse experience ever

Liked: It was close to the place we were attending.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew. There were clothes left in the room from the previous guest. I was woken up at 6 am due to water pouring from my sealing like someone was taking a shower. I will not return to this place again. My key cards did not work.

Stay was just overnight but...

Liked: Good staff, very helpful.
Disliked: Easy checkin.

No housekeeping staff, Don't call...

Disliked: Only 1 hand towel, and a floor mat for 2 nights stay. Front desk said they were short staffed no house keeping staff. No discounts for no towels and did not offer towels. No housekeeping staff during our stay. Don't bother calling the complaint line, they say they are sending this to upper management, the only way they will change is to hurt the pocket book. Do not stay here. They will not offer any discounts for no services, the complaint line just apologizes and clearly on all complaints that is exactly what you see is we apologize but hope you will come back. They make no attempt to make it right with the customer. It's time to take away from the pocket book and stay somewhere else and perhaps they will actually make changes.

We came for a high...

Liked: This hotel met our needs. There was a slight issue when checking in but when I showed my copy of confirmation, it was taken care of. The breakfasts were good. It was evident that the breakfast staff and cleaning staff where short staffed. But they met our needs.
Disliked: Parking was a bit of an issue.
