Would not recommend

Liked: The stag was nice.
Disliked: They gave us a room that already had people checked into. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and then came off the hinges. There was hair all on the bathroom counter. The toilet didn’t fill up with water properly.

Liked: The price was excellent, especially for the certain weekend of graduations. The room was also the right size for my family.
Disliked: My room wasn't ready when I got there and they made me wait almost two hours to get my room.

Liked: The location was pretty good.
Disliked: Upon booking, a request was made to have my family have rooms close to each other. When we checked in to our adjoining rooms.. THERE WAS ALREADY SOMEONE ELSE CHECKED IN TO THE ROOM and had been there for TWO MONTHS! Everyone was confused. We had to be split up. Our new rooms were dirty, not vacuumed. Trash under the beds. There were hairs in and around the toilet… the toilet didn’t flush properly so every other time it was used we had to open up the tank to manually flush. Shower was horrible with water pressure. The bathroom doors didn’t close properly and skid across the floor every time to close. The day we checked out the bathroom door LITERALLY FELL OFF ITS HINGES!!! Bed sheets were stained, walls were dirty. Pool had some weird white stuff growing on the walls next to the water fall feature. Staff was not welcoming and seemed annoyed when we needed extra towels or toilet paper. It was also always annoyingly hot in the hallways, like 85 degrees for some reason? We will NOT be staying here again.

Liked: It was in a nice quiet location. The beds were good and it had a nice shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A dog barked in a room close to ours, probably because of the storm. The floors were not very clean and we ran out of Kleenex. It definitely could use some updating.
