Perfect place to stay

Liked: This hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was immaculate. The A/C was nice and cold. The bed and pillow were so comfy and the staff were very polite. The location was perfect.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Traumatized by cockroach and spider

Liked: The pool area was very nice and it was a great location with grassy area for pups. The staff was nice and helpful. Staff was accommodating to switching rooms and refunding after the experience.
Disliked: First room smelled like sewage. Second room my wife woke up at 3am to a cockroach trying to crawl into her ear. While looking for the cockroach a spider crawled out of her pillowcase. It was traumatizing for her.
