Terrible, never back. Unacceptable attitude...

Liked: This hotel have a terrible attitudes for customers. They do not give me the invoice unless I contact the booking customer center. I used booking app for several years and this is the only hotel do not give the invoice. This is totally illegal!!!!!!!! And the people on the front desk total not professional. They do not give me the invoice and do not answer my question. And even do not let me know how to get the invoice. I call them and front desk people do not answer my question and hang up my call.

Liked: The bed was comfy. Close to venue I was going to. Front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: The hotel has ALOT of loiterers so be prepared to feel uncomfortable walking outside. No one seemed to care or do anything about it. I did not care to complain because I was only there for less than 24 hours. The lady manning the breakfast area was exremely rude and made every person in the breakfast area feel uncomfortable. You could not eat without feeling like she was going to pick on you next. I have never in my life felt that uneasy at a complimentary breakfast. Tip: spend a few more bucks and buy McDonalds, or go literally anywhere else, I promise you'll get yelled at less and it'll taste better. If Managers want more details about this issue then reach out, but too much to go over on here. Upon check in, my door was ajar. Again, I did not say anything because I simply didn't have time to and I spent less than 12 hours in that hotel room. I will not being staying here again for these few reasons, sorry it was not worth $156 a night.
