Courteous service. Great breakfast. Quiet atmosphere. Already reserved another night for next month for the Fantasia concert. Stockbridge Amphitheater is 5 minutes from the hotel. Love it!

Liked: The room was just right. Parking was accessible.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Great Value for a short...

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable The staff was very nice !
Disliked: The first room I was given we couldn’t get in Jennifer had to come with the master key and it worked but she moved us to a new room but The bathroom tub was not clean and it squeaked REALLY loud when it was running.

I would not stay here...

Liked: Front desk was the best I could say of the place
Disliked: Overall appearance was dirty. Shower floor was old and stained. Thinking clean but with stuff in the drain not sure. Hair in the sink. Hardly any toilet paper on the roll with no extra.

Poor

Disliked: Horrible customer service i have been a loyal member here for months the owners has always given amazing service. Since hiring new management and workers it has been horrible. The front desk clerk did not give us a slip for a cash deposit and we couldn’t get our deposit back at check out no accommodations given for their mistake.
