Courteous service. Great breakfast. Quiet atmosphere. Already reserved another night for next month for the Fantasia concert. Stockbridge Amphitheater is 5 minutes from the hotel. Love it!

Liked: The room was just right. Parking was accessible.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was nice, knocked and asked if we needed anything. We just came back from vacation and wanted to rest and relax b4 going home so thats what we did. It was quiet and we went out to eat a few places, shop a little, and back to the rm so we accomplished what we came for.
Disliked: The rm was clean except the tub in the bthrm we cleaned it but we shouldn't have had too. Other than that we were ok with everything else.

Liked: Everybody staff and guest and locals were very kind. Very hospitable. Close to very good restaurants
Disliked: The building itself could use some work. Our room had some carpet tacking pulled up and the carpets could use a deep cleaning beyond what the normal staff could take care of, and the elevator was kind of sketchy. But all together we would definitely go back again it was very clean and very well maintained by the staff

Liked: The person who checked us in was helpful and very friendly. It was quiet and we enjoyed having 2 nights away from the kids and being able to relax and rest.
Disliked: Our wash rags and towels were stained and raggedy. We asked a housekeeper for more and she told us we had to wait on our housekeeper. So I went to the front desk and the same person who checked us in was there and helped me. I think whoever is responsible for laundry keeps an eye out the stained linen and throw it away. I usually bring my own anyway, but we like to have the hotels if we need it. Oan, the ice machine wasn't working so we couldn't get ice. So we just bought a bag and put it in the cooler.
