3/10 definitely could’ve been better
Liked: breakfast was ok biscuits a little cold
Disliked: tv sound kept cutting on and off eventually gave up on the tv microwave was bursting into flames and i had to ask for housekeeping to come to my room was told no while they were literally infront of me cleaning asked for my bed to be made and trash taken out i just got a stack of extra towels instead

Unpleasant experience
Liked: The price
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and the first room we were given had a strong smell of urine. Although they moved us to another room, which was fine, the initial impression was very unpleasant. Additionally, they failed to inform me at the time of booking that the security deposit had to be paid in cash. The staff handled the situation rudely, forcing me to walk to an ATM at a neighboring hotel, as they refused to accept my credit card for the deposit.

The hotel gets the job...
Liked: It was close to the interstate and the receptionist was very kind. The WiFi worked well.
Disliked: It needs some updating and a deep cleaning. The chair in the room was old and needed to be replaced due to all the stains.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the whole building is smothered with air fresheners. There was so much air freshener it was seeping through the door of my room. The managers refused to give me an invoice for my stay because they said I booked through a third party (booking.com) once contacted booking.com they stated that the manager can give me an invoice, which I have checked out and the manager of the hotel is still refusing to give me an invoice. I’m being refused an invoice because I complained about the air fresheners and asked what are they covering up for them to have air freshener pumps that are literally plugged in the wall of every hallway and constantly blowing out air freshener. I have used booking.com for every hotel I have stayed in, this is the first for me to get refused an invoice. This hotel is privately owned by people from India, if this is how India individuals do business, I will not support their business. This experience has taught me to not trust or do ANY business with them EVER again.

Bad hotel experience
Liked: Breakfast was ok. Lobby area smelled of smoke
Disliked: Room was terrible. Cigarette holes in furniture. Was so poised to be smoke free. Room and facility smelled of smoke that they tried to cover up with cleaners and perfume. We checked out early and although we complained, they still charged us early checkout fee. I will never stay in one of their hotels again and will not recommend to anyone.

Sucks all the way around...
Liked: Noise was horrible!! They checked in a room full of kids at 1:30am who were in full party mode. There was a raging party above us as well. This is a party place period. NOT a comfortable place to sleep at all. And the staff thinks it’s hilarious.
