Great location and staff. Very...

Liked: Lose to everything. Discounts to some restaurants in area if you show room key. Staff are great and handle issues quickly
Disliked: Loud neighbors buy staff handled it with quickness. Did have a bug on ceiling we killed but again can’t expect a lot with so many in and out at hotels. They were told and stated they would have it handled asap

Great stay in Smithfield

Liked: Pros: convenience to highway and to restaurants; friendly desk help; hot breakfast; clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms; tons and tons of free channels on tv. Discounts at local restaurants after showing room key
Disliked: Cons: not the fault of the hotel, but there was a kid running for about 10 minutes in the room above us, and someone way too loud in the hallway (slamming doors about 4-5 times)

I will choose elsewhere next...

Liked: Clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Comfy bed. Great housekeepers.
Disliked: Weird, super uncomfortable pillows. Vending machines almost empty on all floors. Louder than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a lot. So that says a lot.
