Liked: Always friendly staff

Liked: I didn't use the pool, but the place was nice.
Disliked: Room 205 is above the kitchen. And from about 1am to 330 am, I was kept awake by people preparing for breakfast.

Exceptional

Very enjoyable

Liked: Was traveling with my two teenage grandkids and small dog for Spring Break.Was nice to have a good variety of items for breakfast.The kids enjoyed using the swimming pool as part of enjoyment/fun.Was nice to be on 1st floor to take my dog out for potty and exercise.Nice location to Smith Rock. Close to hwy 97
Disliked: It met all our needs

Liked: Location worked into our travel plans
Disliked: Both beds in our room had a very large sagging problem. We told the manager about it in the morning. Overheard him tell another staff member to check out the problem as we were leaving.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean. The breakfast room had a good selection. Loved that they had tea available in the room and breakfast area. Good amount of blankets on the bed.
Disliked: The heater did seem to run all night.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff , clean rooms. Exceeded my expectationsl

Poor

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: We were there for 3 days and never had anybody check the room or see if we need anything. Never had any clean towels or any more coffee for the morning. The carpet in the hallway was old and needs to be replaced the ends where they meet are frayed, and you can see where they were sowed together.
