quiet and staff was great...

Liked: honestly it was cute little hotel for being a chain hotel i excepted everything to be very cookie cutter. i’m from the area and never stayed i didn’t realize how cute this bottle place was.
Disliked: not much to dislike

Disliked: Put us with a school group that had many kids running the halls all hours of the night, pounding on doors and walls, and playing loud music. Called the front desk a few times and still nothing done. In the morning, spoke to manager (Lorenzo), said he would issue a refund, but did not honor that (we called booking.com get help, they reached out to property's, nothing done still).
