It was a very nice...

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was very nice. The eggs with cheese were delicious.
Disliked: We liked everything.

HORRIBLE--Did Not Happen--Stressful as had...

Liked: NOTHING--terrible front desk via phone--rude and unhelpful!
Disliked: Called the hotel as we were coming from out of state--they told us they did not have a reservation for us but now have charged us full price and are arguing with Booking.com saying they did have it. We should not have been charged at all!

Clean, comfortable and convenient with...

Liked: The property was centrally located for many of our activities, including dining, biking, shopping, and watching the horse races. The best thing, however, was the staff. Gloria was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Renee was outstanding in her hard work and attentiveness in the kitchen area and her eagerness to make each guest comfortable.
Disliked: The spa water temperature could have been a little warmer.
