The facilities and comfort of...
Disliked: Bookings.com did not pass the booking on to the hotel which made check in stressful after a long journey. After a 45 min phone call it was sorted out with the hotel with bookings.com cancelling the reservation in their records and the hotel treating us as if we had just turned up without a booking. We are not sure at this time, but we think we have had to pay slightly more fir the rooms.

Liked: I thought the room was nice for the price.
Disliked: I did not feel as safe as I could have, the entrance was not always secure and side doors wide open. Parking lot was well lit but dirty, trash and such.

Fix the security issue and...
Liked: Very nice hot breakfast option. The lady working during breakfast was also very nice, pleasant, and friendly. Most of the staff in general were very pleasant. Great value for the money.
Disliked: The back door to the hotel wasn't functioning correctly. It wouldn't open whether or not you had a pass. Their solution to fixing it was to wedge a hose hence prying the door open. When we brought this up to a gentleman at the front desk as a security risk, he said that there was a particular long term customer who wanted it that way so they left it that way. Apparently asking the long term customer to go through another door was not worth the security of the other guests.
