Close by and acceptable

Liked: Close to my convention, decently clean, nice desk staff. Price was acceptable for what I got
Disliked: Bathroom needed a little more cleaning under things, ground floor room I was in was noisy at 4 am, lot of stuff rolling past. Somewhere when water is turned on it made a loud whine. AC and TV took a while to figure out.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, good water pressure. The check in and check out was smooth, and there was a good breakfast and a well stocked convenience shop in the lobby.
Disliked: It was a windy couple of days so there was some trash around the property. Maybe the trash pickup was late.

The hotel was bad

Liked: The property was not cleaned. The furniture was old. The ceiling had exposed wire. I rarely leave bad comment, but this property was bad.
