Exceptional

Superb

Liked: Convenient and cost efficient
Disliked: The smell of Marijuana in the lobby upon checking in that got stronger as we were getting checked in and when we were leaving out

Not good. We’ve stayed here...

Liked: Location, close to family.
Disliked: Cleanliness. We were staying for several days. I utilize the drawers when we stay more than a couple days. I opened the top drawer, it was greasy and had crushed potato chips in the drawer. I had sanitary wipes and cleaned the drawers and the top, which had something sticky on it. The chair in the room was broken. They did give us another that was so dirty you couldn’t sit on it. My husband cleaned that.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Wish there'd been a milk dispenser instead of a gallon. No biggie. All tasted good, good. Thank you
Disliked: Wish the metal footboards on the bed didn't clang, but all the important things were great.

The stay in Sleep Inn...

Liked: I didn't eat the breakfast.
Disliked: The halls and common areas needed additional vacuuming. I also don't like the fact that pets are not accepted.

It was very disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: When we got to our room it was filthy. There was trash and food crumbs everywhere. The beds were made but when we pulled the covers back there was trash and hair all in the sheets. Staff wanted us to help change the sheets and was surprised when we wanted them changed on both beds instead of just 1. She told us that she was not housekeeping she was the one who inspected the rooms. They ended up moving us to a different room and in the second room the ac unit didn't work very well. The hallways stunk and looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed in a week.The pool was out of commission.
