It was very disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: When we got to our room it was filthy. There was trash and food crumbs everywhere. The beds were made but when we pulled the covers back there was trash and hair all in the sheets. Staff wanted us to help change the sheets and was surprised when we wanted them changed on both beds instead of just 1. She told us that she was not housekeeping she was the one who inspected the rooms. They ended up moving us to a different room and in the second room the ac unit didn't work very well. The hallways stunk and looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed in a week.The pool was out of commission.

Disliked: I made a reservation and before it was even time for my reservation I had an employee calling me, being VERY rude. Some old white man is what he sounded like. He refused to give me his name and told me that the managers are on vacation. I chose pay at property. Don't even select that or reserve your room because not only did he charge my card before but he charged 50 more than the total I was given. I will never stay here and I highly recommend others go elsewhere.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, spacious & great lighting in the bathroom. We used the backdoor & back parking lot. Very convenient to carry out our daily kits we needed for the competition we were attending. Rooms are quiet. Street noise is not an issue.
Disliked: Room 100 doesn't have a hairdryer. I forgot mine! Walmart is a few minutes away. Easy pickup! I hope they get pool open. It's small, hidden away, with a fence around it. Perfect for families with children.

Disliked: Door jam wasn't screwed all the way in wall it fell and hit my 4 yr old on his head leaving him with a narly goose egg on his head.

Liked: This was fine . Breakfast was hot and on time.
Disliked: The hotel was horrible. Smelled like a wet dirty dog. Hallways were filthy. Elevator not working . Had to walk up three flights of steps. I am 77 years old. Bathroom was deplorable. Couldn’t use tub.. all drainage was was broken. Room ac was set at 61. When we walked on. I guess they were trying to kill the flies that were in the room. Microwave still had time on it from the last people. It was just a total bad experience. I believe this was the dirtiest hotel motel I have ever stayed in. I will not stay again.
