Liked: Cleanliness was great service was great breakfast was okay
Disliked: Room was a little small the AC could have worked a little bit better to cool the room down and the lighting could have been better and the TV was out of date

Liked: Excellent location for quick access to the city. The front desk staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Our refrigerator was not cooling and wasn’t repaired during our stay. We were unnecessarily assigned a wheelchair accessible room and found the shower challenging. By placing rolled bath towels along the floor we were able to keep the flooding limited to half of the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were not standard size. Instead, there were five small square pillows and we found it impossible to get adequate support even by placing two of them side by side.

Liked: The bedroom portion of room was very nice.
Disliked: The handicap shower did not drain effectively and even though there was an additional drain outside the shower, the water covered the bathroom floor for six feet or so.

Disliked: Woke up in the middle of the night itching horribly in the bed told staff that there was something biting me in the bed and I needed another room… once room was changed there was no more bed bites…. Staff stated that they cleaned the room and didn’t find anything but I know what i felt…. Glad they changed my room though but I will definitely not stay here again!
