Liked: I checked in extremely late and they were very kind and courteous. Without me even inquiring they asked if I would like a late check out. Normally when I check in late other places the desk employee has just been woken up and very unwelcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Full refrigerator and comfortable bed
Disliked: I had reserved a accessible suite because my husband is a disabled vet. We were given because we had a service dog we were put in a STANDARD DOG ROOM that reeked of whatever "air freshener" they used. It was NOT an accessible room. I questioned if there was not one available but was assured that was THE ONLY room for someone with a dog. After we got my husband all set up, she "spoke with a manager" and wanted to "show me another room" which was accessible and offered to move us. My husband was tired and wasn't up to the hassle. So we stayed. This was our second visit but the first with a service dog. So obviously, service dogs are discriminated against. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Disliked: We checked in and immediately left. Cars were being vandalized in the parking lot and another guest came out with his gun to look for the vandals, cops were showing up, there was no way we would have felt safe staying there. Opened the door to the room and it smelled so bad and there was something splattered all over the door and door frame to the bathroom. just disgusting. Front desk person was swearing and muttering under her breath, it was one of the worst places we've ever stopped at. We got back in our car and kept driving. We should not have to pay for this

Liked: Clean modern room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had multiple hot options in addition to the normal options. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy access to the highway.
