AWFUL!!!!!!!

Liked: the hotel smelled of wet bad carpet, the room smelled even worst, no air conditioning in the hotel just in the rooms, LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH CHECK IN STAFF, NO FRONT DESK STAFF, NO ONE TO BRING TOWELS ETC, I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN, JUST AWFUL!!!!!!!!
Disliked: AIR CONDITIONING, KEEP THE PRICE THE SAME DO NOT CHANGE WHEN THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES OR TRY TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER CARD WHENPAY AT DESK HAS BEEN SELECTED WHEN BOOKING, SMELLY CARPET, DID NOT SLEEP IN THE BED DID NOT HAVE THE CLEANLINESS LOOK OR SMELL

Liked: The so rounding area.
Disliked: Room looked and not felt clean, bathroom floor dirty spots. Towels were not white anymore, didn’t trust to use them. Bed sheets looked dirty, looks like they weren’t changed after last use. There were red lipstick stains on sheets. Brown and yellow spots on comforter. There was also a not so good smell in the room. Did not smell clean. Will not be using same hotel again. Dirty picnic area.

Liked: The king sized mattress was comfortable
Disliked: The check in staff even though was nice was done by a kiosk remotely so there was no one up front. The refundable 100$ fee during check in needs to be announced better. The room door and majority of the doors had giant gaps around the frame so it didn't feel secure.

Liked: This place was gross and disturbing! There is nobody at the front desk to help as they are outsourced using a tablet. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The "breakfast" is a joke and the whole place smells like cigaretts.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned daily. We were originally told that there would be a $100 holding fee; however, the actual fee was $200. There is also no physical person to speak with at the front desk.
