Sleep Inn & Suites Mount Vernon

Exceptional

In need of some updates.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Shower pressure was good.
Disliked: Carpet was badly stained, we were in a dog friendly room. Room was not in great shape. Hotel is older with worn carpet in the hall.We had stayed at 2 other Sleep Inn's and this one was disappointing. Landscape had been removed and building needs upkeep.

Cornell College Grandparent Visit!

Liked: We loved the comfy beds, the internal door between our room and my parents room, and the kindness of the staff when I was ill and needed to spend an extra day in the room to recover.
Disliked: Breakfast isn't super great, but it is food!

Not good, won’t be back.

Liked: It was in a good location and had a nice pool and hot tub.
Disliked: The room was not very clean, no soap, and it had a smell. The room next to us was so loud all night and at 5am I finally gave up and beat on the connecting wall. I had called front desk 3 times with no answer. The breakfast was cold, stale and not good at all, we had to eat elsewhere bc we were hungry. When we checked out I tried to complain but the worker was vacuuming and would not stop, I tried talking and he said goodbye. I am very disappointed with this whole stay

Liked: Location to our attractions, good breakfast, clean, friendly staffWe were right across from elevator and it was very quiet!
Disliked: Toilet paper too far away from toilet, no working A/C

Thankful for the comfy beds...

Liked: I was very ill during this trip and the staff were wonderful at keeping my room clean without bothering my rest. They allowed me to add an extra day to my trip without needing to change rooms in order to sleep and recover. We very much appreciate the Sleep Inn and stay here often when visiting our son at Cornell College.

Fantastic service

Liked: My son left his AirPods in the room. We called and they mailed them back to us. We are pleasantly surprised, and super impressed with their customer service and honesty!
