It was amazing , my...

Liked: I love the cinnamon roll waffles!
Disliked: The microwave in the room wasn't plugged up & couldn't use it due to the desk was too heavy to move .

It was a great stay...

Liked: Comfortable bed . . . slept well.
Disliked: 2nd floor hall carpeting needs refurbishing. Some room furnishings need refurbishing.Miss the pre-Covid hot breakfast!

Relaxing stay assisted by courtesy...

Liked: When I checked in on May 20th (you can verify the exact time) the young lady who checked me in was very courteous and professional. In fact when I checked out in the morning before the convention I was attending the young lady was the same. Both these young ladies should be commended and rewarded by your company.

Was ok But a little...

Disliked: Suppose to be handicap room. Toilet was lowest possible. Unexceptionable with bad knees.Skirt around bed was all unglued. Nasty looking.
