Adventures trip on 4th at...

Liked: Perfect Location and staff members are so helpful specially the Karen at the front desk she’s so good and helpful she told us about the Grand vue park near to the hotel to do lots of adventure activities that was amazing because of hers we made so many beautiful memories.
Disliked: Indoor pool can be added rest are fine

Liked: Always get what I expect. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the lady working it is wonderful. Sorry I don't remember her name. Does a great job with a smile!
Disliked: There was the smell of bleach throughout the hotel. I love bleach, but needs toned down some.

Disliked: Front desk very unhelpful. Had to call out to them for assistance. Did not tell us we had to ask for daily housekeeping. Dispensers in the shower were empty. Only 2 luggage transfer carts for 3 floors. We were informed that they had a lot of long term guests and could not keep up with short time guests for housekeeping.
