Desk clerk very friendly. Love the fact that this is a non-smoking hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast served only from 6-9 a.m. Would have been nice to increase that to 10 or 11 a.m.

Very clean and well-lit. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and wondered about the neighborhood and being dark outside. Staff was helpful and entire property was well-lit and safe. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast too!

Liked: Staff was awesome, breakfast was ok
Disliked: Air conditioner in room did not work. It was so hot in room. Notified staff he came and reset a switch on the bottom of the air conditioner unit, but it kept blowing the switch and I flipped it as well and it would not stay on.

Liked: the room was nice and greeters were friendly
Disliked: the guy working breakfast, i didn’t see the tongs and he was rude saying i need to use the tongs only to me when my fiancé didn’t see them either and didn’t see them either. he ruined the rest of the hotel stay and we didn’t get breakfast after that. he never smiled or nothing.
