Sleep Inn & Suites Millbrook - Prattville

Pleasant and comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. Guests were polite and respectful. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable and roomy.
Disliked: Elevator was kind of slow and limited parking.

Won't go back because of...

Disliked: The bed was so tall (high) that I could not get in it and slept in the chair.

Disliked: Staff was cordial, they could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Also out sign out in open areas to get pool towels before going to the pool sign is only out by the pool not where u would see it until your already in the pool or make them accessible

Disliked: There was a roach crawling in the bathroom in the first room. We were given another room that was ok but not what we needed. The staff did not speak, the hotel smelled like Indian food throughout the entire hotel. Service was horrible would not recommend or be going back.
