Staff need training on manners...

Disliked: Very rude staff. Both kitchen and front desk.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
Disliked: The room smelled funny. The carpet was worn and stained. The water in the shower was hard and the water pressure was not great.

Will never stay here again.

Disliked: The pool was not working. Our door did not shut and we had to literally slam it as hard as we could for it to shut and that took at least 5 or more time of slamming it before it actually would catch to shut. The breakfast was out of half of the food and replenished. Never stay here again.

Great place

Liked: Hotel was clean and all staff was very accommodating. The morning breakfast was great for a free continental breakfast. There were a lot of options. The pool was heated and kept up. Kids had a blast.Our stay was to visit Legoland and the hotel was 10mins away.
Disliked: You can hear people walking on the floor above you. We had a rowdy family right above us and the kids were running and jumping. The walls would shake and items not secure 100% would rumble. It was annoying.
