Liked: Absolutely Nothing is good about this hotel, super expensive, with horrific untrained staff who don't care about their guest.please don't waste your money staying here
Disliked: Horrible hotel, please don’t waste your money and time here!! I will never recommend anyone to check in this locationThe owner needs to evaluate your staff customer service skills!!!!!The staff is absolutely terrible and frustrated with their job! They are super rude especially towards families with kids!We had a horrific experience as the staff is adamant to give instructions to people how to eat their breakfast in the kitchen. Also they shout at little kids age 2&3 for playing with each other at the breakfast table when the issue escalated to the manager she was absolutely ignorant about having the staff to apologize for shouting at the kids!!On check out the manager was so abrupt at us. She just took the key, she didn’t even look at us and acknowledge us, while we were still at the reception, she just walked out leaving us there!Super Racist ! Run from this location!

Liked: It was close to Legoland , the breakfast stay were the best very energetic we came down a little later and one of the attendants Des kept the kitchen open 30 min later for us to grab some breakfast he went above and beyond for my daughter to have a plain bagel very much recommend just for the breakfast
Disliked: I didn’t get the same warm welcome from the front desk staff until the end of my stay they did find some items that were left behind and ensured us that they would mail it back to us.
