Liked: It was fine for the time of year it was. The staff was very friendly and the area was great because it was far enough away to have peace at night but close enough to bourbon to get there easily.
Disliked: It 100% needs remodeling. Not worth what I paid, by far, but I did not mind because it was Mardi Gras and the area itself was great. The breakfast was absolute trash. I had to switch rooms because the lock on the first room I had didn't work and there was an odor.

I booked the room 6 months in advance, we flew from London to get there too, and as it was Mardi gras I ended up paying nearly $400 for another room in a random and $160 in taxis fees driving around at nearly midnight after traveling for 27 hours...I'm am really disappointed in the lack of customer service at comfort inns and I'm really disappointed in booking.com for not helping

Disliked: I booked over a month in advance and paid in full. But because I choose to book through and outside party (booking.com), they decided that they would cancel or revoke my reservation for other people as they overbooked their hotel. They didn't try accommodating us, nothing.

Liked: The hotel staff were phenomenal. very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room looked very rundown. the walls were dirty?the light fixture on one of the lamps were loose. the room door was hard to get into and the door didn?t look like it would close all the way on the bottom. the handle was falling off one of the dresser drawers. the shower curtain rod was loose and the bathtub was very slippery. My wife and I both almost fell in the shower because there wasn?t any type of mat or friction surfaces on the floor of the bathtub.
