Sleep Inn & Suites Madison - Monona

Overall I'd recommend it. Great rooms and service for the price!

Liked: Short drive from downtown; helpful staff; clean and spacious rooms, between the East & West Towne Malls.
Disliked: Must be in a newer area because the roads leading up to it were horrible - pot holes everywhere; no bars, restaurants, gas stations within walking distance.

Liked: The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: when we checked in the person at the desk has a very bad disposition she have us a room and when we opened the door there was garbage in the room the bed was not clean or fixed we had to go back to the desk and ask for another room we arrived at 4:30pm check in time is 3:00pm all the rooms should have been cleaned already this was a very disappointing experience for us.

Liked: The hotel was clean and welcoming. The front desk lady was very courteous. The pool area was clean and had fun toys for the kids to play with. Breakfast had a nice variety.
Disliked: The shower curtain in our room fell down due to a broken shower curtain rod. When the front desk was notified I was told it couldn't be fixed until morning due to no maintenance after 5 pm. My family of 3 had to take showers without a shower curtain.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a nice variety. We got a good price as well.
Disliked: We had no complaints.
