Disliked: They recharged for the room twice saying it was a deposit and would give it back after the stay. It turns out that after the stay they could not find the “deposit charge” and kept my money. Really bad experience and service at the front desk.

Liked: Good location, breakfast and value.

Comfiest bed I slept in...

Liked: Breakfast looked to be great value - I just grabbed some prepackaged muffins to go as I was always in a rush, but looked to include cooked to order waffles among other things
Disliked: Staff were at times slightly unprofessional - taking loud personal phone calls in the lobby, but were very friendly and helpful

Bad

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Toilet or fridge did not work, so had to move rooms, then the air conditioner did not work. It averaged 84-85 degrees in the room. I had to go buy a fan so we didn't get too hot.

Great location, poor facility and...

Liked: I liked that the property was close to the freeway, and just 5 minutes from my family. Complimentary breakfast was okay, need more fruit options only apples were available.
Disliked: Firstly, I didn’t like that the property locked us out of our room more than an hour before checkout. We were downstairs eating breakfast and couldn’t get back in when we went back up. We had to go back down to get the keys unlocked. The TV did not work at first, the attendant had to come up to the room to figure out what was wrong with it. The phone did not work either, so I had to call from my cellphone to contact the attendant. I noticed there was someone else’s hair leftover in the bathtub when I was about to take my toddler a bath. The bed was so hard that we tossed and turned most of the night. The 2nd floor was dimly lit at night, it made for a paranoid stay with just my girls and I. The staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming at all. We will not stay here again.

Disliked: The pool tank was empty and my little girl wanted to see the fish.

Disliked: Pool was closed, laundry was out of order, no ironing board, fishing tank in lobby had dead fish and mold.

Disliked: I arrived before 3. Gal was in the break room and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the front desk. When I finally said excuse me, she said she couldn't check me in early. Not friendly at all. She was very much matter of fact. In the first room, the AC was not working. Fortunately, we were changed to another room. 2nd room, TV remote didn't work. The room was clean but smelled dirty.
