Disliked: Pool was closed, laundry was out of order, no ironing board, fishing tank in lobby had dead fish and mold.

Disliked: I arrived before 3. Gal was in the break room and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the front desk. When I finally said excuse me, she said she couldn't check me in early. Not friendly at all. She was very much matter of fact. In the first room, the AC was not working. Fortunately, we were changed to another room. 2nd room, TV remote didn't work. The room was clean but smelled dirty.

Liked: The bathroom was clean, that's about it.
Disliked: When I got there, they issued me a room that was already occupied. It was scary opening up a room with occupants. Then, the next day, they issued someone my room. someone opened our door while we were in there also. The staff was not very professional.
